Features of constant force spring
Constant force spring is suitable for high tension, load does not increase occasions. In use, the inner diameter is usually used to wrap the spring tightly around the drum, with the free end attached to the load, like a counterweight. But it can also be done the other way around, with the free end fixed and the spring itself providing the working force, as in electrical equipment. Constant force springs can produce considerable elasticity because the load capacity can be multiplied if two or more springs are connected back to back or in series. Compared with ordinary compression spring or tension spring, the elastic force is very constant, and can output almost linear elastic force, to ensure that the product will not change due to the change of elastic force in the process of use. In the long and narrow space, the space can be reduced as much as possible, increasing the possibility of product aesthetic design.
