The FLN36-12 SF6 Load Switch is a medium-voltage switchgear developed by our company, integrating advanced foreign technology and adhering to the relevant standards of China’s power system. All performance indicators of this equipment fully comply with IEC and national standards, making it an ideal component for high-voltage switchgear, ring main units, box-type substations, and distribution switchgear.
The FLN36-12 SF6 Load Switch integrates load switch, earth switch, and isolating switch into a single, compact unit. It features a fully sealed epoxy resin housing filled with 0.045Mpa SF6 gas, ensuring excellent insulation and breaking capacity. Under normal operating conditions, the equipment guarantees safe operation for up to 20 years.

1.Easy Installation: The FLN36-12 SF6 load switch and combined apparatus are designed as a unique unit (upper part of the cabinet), adopting a stacked installation method, greatly reducing the difficulty of cabinet manufacturing. Complete cabinet drawings are available.
2.Three-Position Switch: The switch has three positions: closed, open, and grounded.
3.Viewing Window: A viewing window on the front allows observation of the main and grounding contact status.
4.Arc Extinguishing: Utilizes a direct-acting gas compression arc-extinguishing method to enhance arc extinction.
5.Gas Sealing: The sealed enclosure is filled with SF6 gas, serving as both an insulation and arc-extinguishing medium.
6.Safety Features: Equipped with a gas filling port and safety relief valve, and an optional SF6 gas pressure gauge.
7.Operation Options: Manual and electric operation options are available to suit various application needs.
8.Harsh Environment Resistance: Passed condensation and pollution type tests, suitable for harsh environments.
9.Optional Accessories: Optional shunt release or overcurrent trip unit (can be used simultaneously), auxiliary switches (1NO+1NC up to 4NO+4NC), inter-cabinet interlock, and a pluggable live display device on the control panel.
10.Standards Compliance: Complies with GB3804 and GB16926 national standards.
1.The switch’s operation is achieved through the operating mechanism. The spring of the mechanism is pre-charged with energy, and during operation (manual or electric), the spring releases energy after passing the dead point, driving the switch to open or close. Therefore, the switch’s opening and closing speed is determined by the characteristics of the operating mechanism itself, independent of the operator’s speed.
2.Depending on whether the switch includes a fuse, K-type or A-type operating mechanisms can be selected.
