Dual Wall Adhesive-Lined Polyolefin Heat Shrink Tubing is an efficient insulation and protection solution consisting of an outer polyolefin layer and an inner adhesive layer. When heated, it shrinks quickly to form a tight seal, providing excellent insulation and environmental protection.
• Dual-Layer Protection: The outer layer offers abrasion and chemical resistance, while the inner adhesive layer provides superior waterproofing and sealing performance.
• Excellent Insulation: High electrical insulation efficiency suitable for various applications.
• Flexibility: Maintains flexibility across a wide temperature range, making it easy to install and use.
• Shrink Ratio: 4:1
• Operating Temperature Range: -55°C to 125°C
• Minimum Shrink Temperature: 70°C
• Full Recovery Temperature: 110°C

• Wire and Cable Insulation: Suitable for insulating and sealing wire and cable terminals and joints in the automotive, aerospace, and electronics industries.

1. Clean the surface of the cable or object.
2. Place the heat shrink tubing over the area to be protected.
3. Use a heat gun to heat the tubing until it shrinks tightly around the object.
• Apply heat evenly during the heating process to ensure complete shrinkage of the tubing.
• Use appropriate heating tools and temperatures to avoid damaging the tubing or surrounding items.
