2, Product Brief Introduction

This GIS inner cone insulation plug (also called dummy plug / blind muffler plug) is a special sealing accessory for unused inner cone epoxy bushing interfaces of GIS/C-GIS and distribution transformers, complying with EN50181 international standard.

1. The insulating main body is molded by high-purity liquid silicone under high temperature and high pressure, featuring high insulation resistance, anti-corona, anti-aging and excellent partial discharge control performance;

2. Equipped with aluminum alloy quick-flange and EPDM integral sealing gasket, which realizes full-surface compression sealing to prevent SF6 gas leakage, moisture and dust intrusion inside the cabinet;

3. Integral stepped cone structure perfectly matches Type 2# / Type 3# inner cone interfaces, with quick mounting and disassembly without special tools;

4. All-dry maintenance-free design, no oil filling or inflation required, effectively isolates high-voltage electric field and guarantees long-term safe operation of switchgear.
